PICS has developed an electronic performance measurement system used at the store level. It allows PICS management to instantly see pertinent measurement information upon transmission of inventory data to our IT department. Our system allows that information to quickly get to those in a position to react quickly to concerns and/or low levels of performance, and prevent recurrence.
