PICS will conduct a wall-to-wall inventory in one of your stores once all files, programs, report and processes have been tested and validated internally by PICS and by you, the customer. This wall-to-wall inventory will allow you and PICS to strategically flow through the total process, confirming that all aspects of the physical inventory are working properly to produce an accurate, efficient physical count. At this point, the initial wall-to-wall inventory conducted by PICS can and should be used and booked by your organization.

Additionally, the initial wall-to-wall inventory will provide PICS with actual productivity data that will be used to develop a fair rate of charge for your future inventories.
