Inventory Day
Local PICS management and inventory teams will work together with your in-store management and associates to ensure a professional experience for all.
Communication between the store manager and PICS inventory manager is of utmost importance in developing a strong partnership between our organizations.
PICS management and team auditors will enter your stores dressed in a professional manner. Our team members will be dressed in PICS official uniforms to allow store personnel to easily identify them.
Each inventory will begin with a “Kick-Off” meeting to review basic procedures and concerns. The PICS inventory manager and all PICS team auditors will be in attendance. The store manager and any key store personnel will also be in attendance. The store manager will be asked to review any concerns or hidden areas with the PICS inventory team.
The PICS inventory manager will ensure that each PICS team member is counting accurately and that each team member is following the written customer-specific procedures agreed to by our organizations. Any concerns will be discussed with the store manager in charge of the inventory.
