PICS will review your current internal inventory procedures and offer suggestions for improvement to ensure an accurate and efficient inventory experience. PICS will then develop a set of customer specific inventory procedures that will address your needs, ensuring an accurate, efficient inventory.

1. Level of satisfaction with your current inventory service
2. Store list in Excel format containing store #, address, city, state, Zip code, and store phone number
3. The average size (in retail value) of your stores
4. Dates and time that physical inventories are counted
5. The number of inventories taken at each store per year
6. Your expectation on length of inventory
7. A copy of your internal inventory procedures
8. Copies of in-store reports
9. In-store review processes currently followed to ensure accuracy of the physical count
10. Involvement of store personnel before, during and after each inventory
11. The information you want to derive from your future inventories that you do not currently receive
